Teaching at a university of applied sciences and in executive MBA programs comes with its perks. Among them is the possibility to share knowledge in a variety of formats: courses, certificates and programs. It all depends on the time, budget, focus and effort you want to put in (from a quick 4 hours course up to a full certificate program which comes with theory and homework).

These are bespoke programs offered at either Depak or Quadriga University of Applied Sciences. There’s a mixture of AI, storytelling, strategy and measurement and evaluation of PR/Comms and a good fair share of thinking differently in each and one of these. I usually teach in English but I call my classes Babylon as you are welcome to speak whatever language you’re comfortable with provided that we find a way to understand each other.
Games and fun
I also play quite a bit. My highlight is the Corporate Snakes and Career Ladder Game from Archetypical for which Quadriga University of Applied Sciences holds the only license in Germany. This is a very versatile game where reflection and play combine with many opportunities to learn as an individual and team (while I can sneak in a bit of theory too) that can be used for team building, strategy delivery, individual development. My scenario applications are for PR/Comms and HR.
