Social Media strategy and monitoring @ Chulalongkorn University, Thailand

I have just returned from a week in Thailand where I had the tremendous pleasure and honor to be invited to teach at the Faculty of Communication Arts of Chulalongkorn University in Bagkok to a group of master students enrolled in the international MA in Strategic Communication Management.

Presented in a workshop/lecture format my contribution focused on digital and social media strategy with the now regular attention dedicated to metrics and measurement and is the first collaboration as part of the newly formed partnership between Chula and Bournemouth University.

I have been very positively impressed by the hard work, viagra
creativity and resourcefullness of the students as well as their dedication to their studies all of them being employed full-time and taking evening classes part of their MA 7 days/week. I am also very thankful for the opportunity to have worked with them and learned about the rapidly changing digital and social media landscape and practices in Thailand, a country where Facebook rules the online environment but still has a lot to do to catch up on and captivate TVs audiences.

I am humbled to the very positive evaluations received from them on the workshops and lectures I offered, many of them stressing the novelty and relevance of what we did for their current work. I also sincerely hope that we will have a chance to collaborate again in the future.

Last but not least, my thanks go to Professor James Haft from Chula and Fiona Cownie from BU for making this possible.
